When you register your Procella Umbrella within 30 days of purchase, your Procella Umbrella will be protected for a lifetime.

The Procella Umbrella distinguishes itself not only by its exclusive features and advanced technology, but also by the unparalleled use of superior material and craftsmanship in its making. If, for some reason, your Procella Umbrella should have material or component defects, please contact us and attach a picture of the defect. It is usually not necessary to return the umbrella to us, unless there are certain conditions where we would like to check the umbrella. We will replace the umbrella with a new one of the same value, color and/or design or issue a refund for the purchase. As a seller we reserve the right to choose if a new item or a refund will be issued to the customer. The guarantee covers material or component defects. The guarantee is valid one time per purchased item and only for items purchased at a full price.

Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, failure to follow care and drying instructions, misuse, abuse, fire, floods or acts of god will not be covered by the guarantee.
